A newly opened restaurant in Fort Lauderdale wanted to refresh the look of its upstairs flooring while preserving the character of the existing textured concrete. The owners appreciated the original texture and decided to enhance it with a rich metallic epoxy system that would complement the upscale atmosphere of the restaurant.
The existing floor had a textured stained concrete finish that customers already liked, so the challenge was preserving the texture while modernizing the overall appearance. The system also needed to withstand heavy commercial foot traffic and frequent cleaning.

Our team carefully prepared the surface while maintaining the original textured profile. We installed a metallic pigmented epoxy blend using black and chocolate tones to create depth and movement throughout the floor. A urethane topcoat with aluminum oxide was then applied to provide long-lasting protection against wear, scratches, and daily restaurant traffic.
The renovated second floor achieved a sophisticated, high-end appearance while retaining the textured feel customers loved. The metallic finish added warmth and dimension to the space, perfectly matching the restaurant’s modern atmosphere.
